Description

Our Bele Holige is a soft, aromatic, and melt-in-the-mouth traditional sweet prepared using age-old Karnataka recipes that bring the true taste of festive homes to your plate. Made with freshly cooked toor dal, pure jaggery, cardamom, and hand-kneaded dough, every holige is crafted with care to deliver warmth, sweetness, and authenticity in every bite.

The heart of our Bele Holige lies in its rich filling—slow-cooked toor dal blended with premium jaggery until it turns into a smooth, golden, and aromatic puran. A gentle touch of cardamom adds a divine fragrance that reminds you of festival mornings and family gatherings. The outer layer is made with soft, well-rested dough that is rolled ultra-thin to give the holige its signature texture—light, delicate, and irresistibly soft.

Each holige is prepared fresh on a traditional tawa, ensuring the perfect balance of crisp edges and a soft, sweet center. With no artificial flavors, preservatives, or added colors, our Bele Holige tastes exactly like the ones lovingly made by grandmothers during Ugadi, Sankranti, or family celebrations.

Bele Holige is more than just a sweet—it’s an emotion, a memory, and a celebration of Karnataka’s culinary heritage. Enjoy it warm with a drizzle of ghee, serve it as a festive dessert, pack it for a lunchbox treat, or pair it with milk for a comforting, wholesome snack. Its richness from dal and jaggery makes it not only delicious but also nourishing.

Every holige is freshly prepared only after order to ensure you get soft, warm, freshly made sweets bursting with natural flavor. With the perfect balance of sweetness, richness, and tradition, our Bele Holige brings home the timeless taste of purity, love, and tradition.
